Disc openers, seeding tynes, scarifier tines, ripper tines, moldboards, plough shares, and cultivator points are in continuous contact with abrasive soil and rock. Wear life in these components has the most direct impact on operating cost and seasonal productivity. BISALLOY® Wear grades extend replacement intervals and reduce total cost of ownership.

Harvester frames, headers, and feeder house chassis rely on high-strength structural steel to reduce section weight and improve machine balance. In wear-critical applications, e.g. concaves, sieves, wear liners, and cutter bar components, abrasion-resistant grades extend rebuild intervals when seasonal downtime is not an option.

Attachment frames and arms fabricated from high-strength structural steel reduce machine weight without sacrificing load capacity. At the cutting face, bucket floors, side cutters, and edges face combined impact and sliding abrasion, where BISALLOY® Wear grades deliver measurably longer service life between rebuilds.

High-strength structural steel allows tipper bodies, grain chaser bins, silage trailers, and spreader bodies to carry greater payload at reduced tare weight. BISALLOY® Wear liners protect high-contact internal surfaces where bulk materials cause continuous abrasion.

Wear liners, deflector plates, and hoppers in fertiliser spreaders, augers, and grain handling equipment are subject to continuous abrasion from granular and particulate materials. BISALLOY® Wear grades extend service life in these components and reduce the frequency of liner replacement.
