Product Excellence & Innovation
Bisalloy’s New Environmental Product Declaration (EPD)
Transparent Data for Sustainability

In October, we published our first Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) giving customers transparent, independently verified data on the environmental impact of our products.
If you’re working to meet stricter sustainability targets or reporting requirements, this EPD provides practical, credible data you can plug straight into your own frameworks.
CE Marking Certification
Opening Doors in Europe & the UK

In December, Bisalloy Steels was officially approved for CE Marking under the Construction Products Regulation (CPR), allowing our Structural grades to be sold and marketed in Europe and the UK. For customers, this means Bisalloy structural plate now meets the performance, quality and traceability standards required for European construction and infrastructure projects.
The certification is the result of a detailed technical process led by Dr Willy Pang and the team, and we’re already working with a major customer on a long-term project – a strong early signal of the opportunities this opens up.
OPTIWEAR™ Wear Sensors
Commercialising Our Game-Changing Tech

2025 was a milestone year for Bisalloy Digital Solutions. We launched the business and made strong progress with large international mining companies, while commencing trials with Australian operations across haul trucks and grinding mills, delivering encouraging results.
Our OPTIWEAR™ sensors have proven to be reliable and practical across key mining applications, and customers are excited about having on-demand visibility of the wear condition of their assets.
AUKUS Pre-Qualification & NAVSEA Audit
Meeting the Toughest Requirements

We continued to make strong progress in the AUKUS steel pre-qualification process this year, including a NAVSEA audit of Bisalloy and the delivery of test material and supporting documentation in the second half of the year. AUKUS demands extremely tight controls, documentation and performance standards. By meeting those expectations we’re sending a clear signal to defence fabricators and systems integrators that you can rely on Bisalloy to deliver to some of the most demanding global specifications.
Defence Australia’s New Howitzer Fleet
Bisalloy Delivers Steel for 30 Huntsman AS9 and 15 AS10 Vehicles

In 2025 we completed the supply of armour plate for the Commonwealth’s LAND 8116 program, supporting Hanwha Defence Australia’s Self-Propelled Howitzer fleet – better known as the Huntsman AS9 and AS10 vehicles. Working closely with our defence partners, we supplied highly specified, high-performance armour plate that meets stringent ballistic and quality standards, at scale. If you operate in defence, this is a clear demonstration of what Bisalloy can deliver on complex, critical programs.
Reaching More Customers, Growing Our Global Footprint
Bisalloy’s Wider Web
New Dedicated Sites Serve China, Indonesia and Global Customers

Mid-2025 we launched our refreshed global websites to make it easier for partners to work with us, wherever you are. The new sites provide clearer product pathways, better technical resources and more region-specific content for Australia, Indonesia, China and global customers. The goal is simple: less friction, faster answers and better support for engineers, procurement teams and channel partners.

Rising to Processing Needs
PT Bima Launch Precision Processing

To support growing demand in Indonesia, our joint venture partners PT Bima launched PT Bima Precision Processing, adding much-needed fabrication capacity.
For Indonesian customers, this means you can now access Bisalloy plate with integrated processing services locally, reducing lead times and simplifying your supply chain.
Extending Our Reach
New Agency Agreements

We expanded our network through new agency agreements with NKC in South Korea and Miras Steel in Romania. If you operate in these regions, you now have local Bisalloy representation on the ground, with people who understand your market, your conditions and your technical requirements.
Face-to-Face Engagement
Industry Expos

Throughout 2025, Bisalloy teams took part in key exhibitions across defence, mining, construction and heavy industry, engaging with partners at IDEX (UAE), AUSA (USA), DSEI (Japan), ADEX (Korea), IndoPac (Australia), Expo Seguridad and Mining Indonesia.
These events gave us valuable face-to-face time with you, the people who buy, specify and use our products – and helped us better understand the challenges you’re working to solve.
The Heart of Bisalloy – Our People
Gong Ride and Cancer200
Giving Back to the Community

A strong Bisalloy contingent took part in the MS Gong Ride on November 2nd, which raised $1,290,689 for Australians living with multiple sclerosis. It’s a life-changing cause which we are proud to support.
We also got behind our partners at Schlam Payload as a Gold sponsor of their fundraising efforts in the Cancer200 ride for WA’s Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research. The ride raised $8,305,927 in support of ending cancer for good.
